A rare opportunity to sample some of the real history and flavour of Glentoran Football Club, and with the exhibition taking place between 9.30am and 1.30pm you'll have plenty of time to take in all that's on display and still get down to the Oval that afternoon for the Glens Irish League Pemiership clash with Crusaders!

We will also be including exhibits from Eric Wright's collection.

  

So if you remember the Cougars, want to get a look at the shirt Roberto Bettega wore for Juventus at the Oval in 77, or just fancy a look at some Glentoran collectables, jerseys, programmes etc, or want to find out what a Romanian soldier's uniform has to do with Glentoran Football Club, then call in and see us before you head off down to Mersey Street.

On Saturday 24th January 2009, the Glentoran Community Trust is proud to present a collection of Glentoran related artefacts in celebration of the clubs' strong and active connection with East Belfast, and to St Martin's Church and their recent 75th Anniversary.

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

Glentoran collectors will value any items that you may have hidden away in a roof space or cupboard!
